Lowe Sound School Debacle

Desmond Bannister’s contribution the the budget debate called for legal action against the Christie administration.

It seems the Christie administration awarded a construction contract to a group of supporters for a $6.5 million dollar contract despite the fact that they were incapable of doing the job.

The bid for the project it seems was done twice by the same group because the first time the bid was “unsatisfactory.” The Christie administration then asked the men to re-submit the bid, which was then approved despite resistance from the Ministry of Public Works.
